All perfectly imperfect, how can they possibly compete against the mighty lions? Will they even finish the final challenge of Quest School? Find out what really matters in the end …

Through a hilarious series of mishaps and misunderstandings, this story shows children how vulnerability brings us closer to each other. It demonstrates how embracing our perceived weaknesses helps us cooperate while acknowledging our individuality and diversity.

About the Author

Born and raised in Germany, Mirja Camphausen moved to Australia with her family in 2012. Stories have always been an integral part of Camphausen’s life and she always knew she wanted to be a writer. Growing into adulthood, life put her on a different path, but even throughout her corporate career and as a mother of toddlers, she never ceased to write. In fact, there are at least three unfinished novels, a few children’s stories, and countless poems sitting on her computer, waiting to be released into the wild. After going through a major mid-life challenge, Camphausen committed to her dream of becoming a writer making writing her priority. This was when Heroes of the Quest found her. Camphausen writes in her second language, English, bringing a unique turn of phrase and fresh voice to children’s books. A prolific writer and blogger on family, parenting, health, and mental wellness, Heroes of the Quest: An Impossible Team, is her first children’s book.
